Bacon Wrapped Honey Pototoes

Bacon Wrapped Honey Pototoes

This recipe is from Food Network’s Aaron MacCargo Jr.

You Will Need

1 Tablespoon Honey

1 Package (12 slices) Bacon

2 Potatoes

1/4 Cup Chopped Green and White Scallions

Parsley

Salt

Canola Oil

Butter

Directions

Cut each potato into six sections and follow by wrapping these slices with bacon. The recipe calls to secure the bacon with a toothpick. Then transfer your wedges to a frying pan with about 2 cups of canola or vegetable oil, or however much you feel is adequate. Cook these for about 20 minutes on medium-heat, turning over once and awhile. Finally, cook the potatoes on high for about 3 to 5 minutes, or until they are nice and crispy!

Transfer these potatoes to a platter and carefully remove the toothpicks. In a small bowl, add your honey, parsley, salt, and scallions and pepper to taste. Drizzle this mixture of the potatoes and enjoy!
