Greek Yogurt & Honey Dip

This recipe is very quick and simple. You can make this protein-packed dip in less than 5 minutes if you already have the ingredients handy.

What You’ll Need:

1 Cup Greek Yogurt (Plain)

2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter (or Almond Butter)

1 Tablespoon Raw Honey (unfiltered)

Directions: Using a food processor, mix these ingredients together until the consistency is creamy and smooth. Serve immediately for the best results. This dip is perfect for an after-school snack, or quick ‘bite to eat.’ Enjoy with your favorite pretzel sticks, vegetable, pita bread, or serve on a bagel.
