What You Will Need
1 French baguette sliced
1/2 lb. Sliced gorgonzola cheese
3 Tablespoons honey
1/4 Olive oilBacon Bits & Parsley (optional- to taste)
Line a large baking tray with your baguette slices and brush them over with some olive oil. Place these in the oven and allow them to bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until each piece is toasted to a nice golden-brown color. Next, add your cheese slices and honey, allowing your bruschetta to bake for about 3 to 4 more minutes, or until the cheese has melted. Serve these bad boys when they are warm and fresh from the oven. Feel free to add cooked or store-bought bacon bits, and dry parsley as a garnish on the top.
