Place the lemon juice, strawberries and honey into a blender with 2 cups of water. Blend until smooth, adding the remaining water. Serve chilled with ice.

- 6 Cups of Water
- 4 Sunkist Meyer Lemons, juiced
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 1 and 1/2 Pounds Strawberries, rinsed and halved
Add your strawberries, honey, lemon juice and 2 cups of water to the blender. Next, liquefy this mixture, which can take up to two minutes.
Finally, add the remaining cups of water and chill. Serve cool with ice and added slices of fruit, if you prefer.
According to Sally, Meyer lemons are a sweeter variety of lemon, reported to be a hybrid between a tangerine and a lemon.
