Yogurt and Pumpkin Smoothie

This recipe is the perfect fall treat! It is super sweet and easy to mix together in your blender.

You Will Need:

1 1/2 Plain Greek Yogurt (Non-Fat-Optional)

1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree (Canned)

1/4 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup

1/2 Cup 2-Percent Milk (Non-Fat Optional)

3/4 Cups Ice

2 Tablespoons Honey

1/2 Cup Apple Cider

Dash of Nutmeg (Optional)

Whipped Cream Topping (Optional)

 

Place these ingredients together in a blender and mix until smooth, or about 3 minutes. Place into 3 or more glasses and garnish with whipped cream and extra pumpkin spice flavoring if you’d like! These thick and delicious pumpkin smoothies are the perfect treat!
